Gratitude. Joy. Light. Love. This are the things I believe in.
So why focus on grief? Because grief and gratitude are not opposites, yet are often treated as such. My intention is to explore the relationship between grief and gratitude in a way that makes hard emotions more relatable, and therefore less isolating.
I have five children, including two beautiful girls and also two boys and one non-binary person who have unofficially adopted me. I also have a wonderful partner, Lisa, who can’t help but see me as my best self, even when I can’t. What an incredible gift!
